I moved into a new house and had a series of plumbing emergencies and issues – from the boiler breaking to a having a gas leak. All of which Marc fixed promptly and to a high standard, ensuring everything was left clean when the job was done. Moving into a new house can throw up all sorts of things and Marc has you covered with gas, plumbing and electrics. Would highly recommend Marc and will be using his services again!

As a bonus, Mark installed two smoke alarms at no extra charge, even though it wasn’t part of the job. Mark has been fantastic I can’t recommend him enough. He responded exceptionally quickly to our plea for help when our boiler stopped working. (No hot water with kids = nightmare) He offered an appointment the following day, arrived promptly and thoroughly investigated the issue. He was open and honest about how it should be resolved and recommended that the most cost-effective solution would be to get Worcester Bosch to fix the issue. He even stayed to ensure that we got an appointment arranged and provided additional information to assist the call-out. A genuine and friendly professional. We are so pleased we’ve finally found a fantastic plumber!

He works to find the best solution for the customer and advises well on what’s best. He has gone above and beyond a number of times to ensure his work is robust.
