I co-founded Loft Experts London with two partners to specialise in transforming unused lofts into functional, beautiful living spaces. Before this, I founded Belgravia D&B, delivering a wide range of residential projects and building an excellent reputation for quality, detail, and client satisfaction.

With decades of experience across both the private and public sectors, including extensive work with local authorities and housing projects, I have developed valuable insight into how planning departments operate. This experience, combined with years of private sector practice, has helped me achieve a very high success rate in securing planning approvals — particularly in boroughs such as Brent, where I have established a strong track record.

For me, loft conversions are more than just adding space — they’re about unlocking potential, maximising light and functionality, and creating rooms that genuinely improve the way people live. Whether it’s a new master bedroom, a home office, or a light-filled studio, I believe every loft can be transformed into something special.
