“ Darren arranged to be at my flat the next day and said he would call 30 mins before to confirm. He ended up calling me in the morning saying he could be there earlier if I liked. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it promptly. A very polite and professional chap who I will certainly be using in the future. Highly recommend! ”
