Ten-year guarantee on all workmanship and materials on re-roofs. This guarantee is valid on the provision that; 1- The roof is not altered, or worked upon, in any way whatsoever, other than by ourselves. If work is carried out by anyone other than ourselves the guarantee becomes null and void.
2- This guarantee does not include damage caused by subsidence, lightning, explosions, storm damage, acts of god, fire, either at your property or surrounding properties.
3- The roof structure is not affected in any way by interior construction in the house. Please note;
This guarantee does not cover existing items that are not renewed such as lead, skylight windows, gutters etc.
This guarantee is non-transferable should you sell your property.
