 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found ANDS through a recommendation by a friend, and ive been very happy with Afrazs service. I also spoke with another architect regarding a rear extension with a kitchen and bathroom. I preferred Afrazs ideas and design, in particular with the location of the bathroom as he utilised the space available so perfectly. The other guys idea would have wasted space so this showed me Afrazs experience and knowledge in designs. He also helped me when it came to the building side and explained a lot of regulations that I didn't understand. His ability to break it down to me in layman terms also showed me his character and that he genuinely wants to help people, especially when it comes to something so personal as your home. He was always respectful in my house, especially around my wife and kids which is a good quality to have. All his emails were clearly written and replies where always in a good timely manner. He proved to be reliable because you always hear of horrible experiences and im happy to say that wasn't the case. So I would certainly reccomend his services. Thank you and hopefully we'll speak for the next project!
